At The Diamond Store USA, we take great care in securely packaging and shipping your jewelry. Whether you’re purchasing an in-stock item or a custom piece handcrafted in-house, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery process.
1. Shipping Carriers
All orders within the United States are shipped via FedEx.
All international orders are also shipped via FedEx, with carrier service levels selected based on the most efficient and secure delivery available.
2. Order Processing Times

In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days of your order confirmation.

Custom or made-to-order pieces (including engraved or resized items) may take up to 21 business days to manufacture in-house before shipment.
You will receive email updates throughout the process, including when your order is complete and ready to ship.
If your order contains both custom and non-custom items, we may split the shipment or ship together once all items are ready—depending on customer preference and availability.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on location, order value, and service level selected.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and your destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
4. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed at checkout.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not collected by The Diamond Store USA.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
5. Sales Tax
All Nevada residents will incur sales tax as required by the State of Nevada and Clark County.
Sales tax is automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on your delivery address.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us immediately at info@thediamondstoreusa.com with your order number and tracking details. We will work with FedEx to resolve the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
